Job summary

Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead one of Dubai's premier dining destinations. You will inspire your team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive commercial success while maintaining brand standards.

This role requires 3 years in premium restaurants, strong communication, coaching abilities, and a disciplined approach to HACCP, budgeting, and service quality. Arabic language is a plus for guest interactions.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in premium or fine-dining restaurant environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with proven revenue and profitability results.
• Proven coaching, mentoring, and people development abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with guests and teams.
• Rigorous operational discipline with attention to detail and brand standards.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, budgeting, and restaurant operations.
• Experience in lifestyle or award-winning concepts is desirable.
• Arabic language proficiency is an asset.

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind one of Dubai's most exciting dining destinations. You'll lead every aspect of the restaurant from inspiring your team and delivering exceptional guest experiences to driving commercial success, operational excellence, and creating a culture where every guest feels genuinely welcomed.

• Create memorable dining experiences that exceed guest expectations during every service.
