Job Description

We are currently seeking ambitious, dynamic, and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals to assist in organizing and directing a team that develops top-quality food & beverage products with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.

As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for managing your assigned restaurant to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting or exceeding financial goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing schedules for all employees according to the forecast and staffing guidelines to ensure adequate manpower at all times.
  2. Conducting regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with departmental SOPs.
  3. Evaluating team performance and initiating internal development and promotions.
  4. Ensuring the timely setup of the Food & Beverage outlet according to meal settings and opening hours.
  5. Handling guest welcomes and seating with the assistance of the Hostess.
  6. Maintaining professional and friendly relationships with patrons.
  7. Establishing and updating the outlet’s database of regular guests.
  8. Touring the outlet and related areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  9. Participating actively in the outlet’s promotional activities.

Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should be a college or university degree graduate with at least two years of experience in a similar role. You must be computer literate, possess effective communication skills, and have an excellent command of written and spoken English, along with strong presentation skills.
