Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi seeks an Outlet Cashier to manage guest billing and payments across F&B outlets and bars. You will report to the Assistant Director of Finance and work with F&B and Front Office to ensure accurate billing, payments, and compliance.

You will safeguard hotel assets, maintain financial procedures, and ensure every transaction is processed with accuracy and professionalism to support operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cashiering, billing or financial transactions in hospitality or customer-facing environments.
• Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and strong sense of accountability.
• Comfortable working with POS systems, payment terminals, and financial reporting tools.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to reconcile transactions confidently.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process guest bills, payments, and transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system.
• Safeguard cash floats, payment devices, and other financial instruments per procedures.
• Verify and process credit card transactions, room charges, discounts, promotions, and vouchers with proper authorization.
• Reconcile cash, card, and room charge transactions and prepare end-of-shift reports.
• Support internal controls and house fund audits to ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams for smooth operations and reporting.

THE TEAM

The Finance team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi works closely with operational departments to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of the hotel’s financial transactions. Supporting our Food & Beverage outlets, the team plays an essential role in maintaining strong financial controls while enabling seamless guest experiences.

As an Outlet Cashier, you will report to the Assistant Director of Finance and collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage and Front Office teams to ensure accurate billing, payment processing, and financial compliance.

YOUR ROLE

As an Outlet Cashier, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of guest billing and payment transactions across Food & Beverage outlets and bars.

You will safeguard hotel assets, maintain compliance with financial procedures, and ensure every transaction is processed with accuracy and professionalism. Through your attention to detail and commitment to service, you will help support both operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
