Responsibilities

  • Establish and enforce outdoor sales targets across the UAE, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of outdoor sales representatives to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Forge strong relationships with clients across various sectors and identify opportunities for partnership.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team achievements to the management team.
  • Coordinate training sessions to elevate the skill set of the outdoor sales team and enhance performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in outdoor sales, ideally with a focus in the furniture or mattress sectors.
