The Outdoor Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing sales deals in an assigned territory. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, meeting sales targets, and traveling frequently to engage with clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct client visits and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting key benefits.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in outdoor sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and own transportation is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
