• Promote and sell a wide range of hardware, sanitaryware, building materials, and interior fit-out solutions.
• Identify and engage new clients including contractors, consultants, architects, and project managers.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, design, estimation, and accounts) for order processing and project execution.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential project opportunities.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand business reach.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in outdoor sales related to building materials and/or interior fit-out.

· Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

· Strong knowledge of UAE construction, design, or fit-out market and a good client network.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
