Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team in Jebel Ali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding or bulk logistics with a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding and bulk logistics.
  2. Conduct regular client visits to build strong, lasting relationships and understand their logistics requirements.
  3. Present and promote company services to existing and prospective clients.
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in outdoor sales within the freight forwarding / bulk logistics sector (mandatory).
  2. Strong client network and deep knowledge of logistics processes and documentation.
  3. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  4. Proficiency in industry-related software and CRM tools.
  5. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  6. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
