Outdoor Sales Executive (Business Development)

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in cleaning services (homes, offices, buildings, schools, hospitals, etc.).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across various sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored service proposals and marketing strategies.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the brand and generate leads.
  • Use CRM software to track activities, manage leads, and report on performance.
  • Provide exceptional client support to ensure long-term satisfaction and referrals.
  • Continuously improve sales strategies and product knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven ability to generate contracts in the cleaning or facility management industry.
  • Strong network of business contacts within Abu Dhabi (a must).
  • Self-driven, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willing to work on a commission basis (freelance/part-time).
  • UAE residency visa + valid UAE driving license and own car.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
