Outdoor Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Dubai market
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and construction companies
3. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
4. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
5. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
6. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
8. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
9. Stay informed about industry changes, competitors, and new product offerings

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the building materials industry
2. Strong negotiation and closing skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Knowledge of construction materials and industry standards is a plus
7. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
8. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region
