Job Description

The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging directly with potential clients in the field. This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting products or services, and negotiating sales contracts. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of building strong relationships with customers. The role requires frequent travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories.
  2. Visit potential clients to present products and services, ensuring a high level of customer engagement.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
  4. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals.
  5. Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  6. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  9. Participate in sales meetings, training, and networking events.
  10. Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when required.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience in outdoor sales or field sales, preferably in [industry-specific experience].
