Role Overview
Goldstone Securities is seeking a high-performing Arabic-speaking Outbound Sales Executive with proven experience in Forex and CFD products. This role is focused on converting warm and hot leads, driving first‑time deposits, and building long‑term client relationships in Arabic‑speaking markets.
This is a performance‑driven role with high commission potential, suited to experienced sales professionals who understand trading products and know how to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective clients via outbound calls, WhatsApp, and CRM‑assigned leads
- Convert leads into funded trading accounts (FTDs)
- Educate clients on Forex, CFDs, platforms, and trading conditions
- Guide clients through onboarding, funding, and initial trading activity
- Maintain strong follow‑up and relationship management to maximise deposits and retention
- Accurately log all activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, talk time, FTDs, deposits)
- Work closely with retention, compliance, and operations teams
- Represent Goldstone Securities professionally at all times
Required Experience & Skills
- Fluent Arabic speaker (native or near‑native)
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience selling Forex and/or CFD products
- Strong understanding of trading platforms (MT4 / MT5)
- Leverage, spreads, margin, and risk
- Client onboarding and funding processes
- Proven outbound sales experience with measurable results
- Confident, persuasive communicator with strong objection‑handling skills
- Target‑driven mindset with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, KPI‑led environment
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience selling into GCC or wider MENA markets
- Existing book of clients or IB relationships
- Experience working with regulated brokers or international markets
