- Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth: Proactively follow up on the funnel of sales inquiries via social media, web, phone, and walk-ins, with a strong focus on converting leads into confirmed outbound holiday bookings to drive revenue.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver prompt, professional, and personalized service to all potential and existing clients, ensuring a high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints — in person, online, and over the phone.
- Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their travel preferences and delivering memorable experiences, fostering repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Product & Market Knowledge: Stay well-informed of global travel trends, seasonal promotions, airline routes, and destination-specific requirements to confidently advise clients and upsell relevant outbound holiday packages.
- Partnership Coordination: Liaise with visa service providers, hotels, ground transport operators, and other B2B travel partners to curate competitive, well-rounded travel offerings tailored for the outbound UAE market.
- Lead Tracking & Sales Reporting: Maintain organized records of client interactions, inquiries, bookings, and conversion rates using CRM tools or internal systems to support performance tracking and continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector within the UAE is mandatory.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or professional equivalent).
- Skills: strong communication, negotiation, and convincing abilities to maximize lead conversions.
- Personality: outgoing, pleasant, and service-oriented with a passion for delivering service excellence that’s mandatory in the travel and tourism industry.
- Commitment: a genuine interest in building a long-term career in the tourism sector and growing with our company.
- Willingness: it is mandatorily required to travel within and out of the Emirate where needed, in order to meet with clients and partners.
- Work Hours: ability to work on shift basis, covering on rotation basis two shifts that run from 09:00am to 05:00pm and the other shift that starts at 02:00pm and ends at 10:00pm. It is also required to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
- Base Location: it is mandatory for the selected candidates to be relocated to/based in Ras Al Khaimah, no relocation package provided.
