Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion & Sales: Proactively manage inquiries from various channels (social media, website, hotline, walk-ins, referrals) and convert them into confirmed outbound travel bookings.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide prompt, tailored, and friendly service to clients across all touchpoints in person, via phone, and online.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and delivering travel experiences that inspire loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on travel trends, airline options, destination insights, and promotions to offer clients expert recommendations.
- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with service partners including hotels, visa providers, and transportation operators to curate competitive travel packages.
- CRM & Reporting: Track leads, bookings, and client interactions through internal tools to support performance analysis and service quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in the UAE travel and tourism sector is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Skills: Strong communication and persuasive abilities, with a keen focus on customer experience and conversions.
- Personality: Friendly, presentable, and passionate about service delivery.
- Commitment: Dedicated to building a long-term career in travel and tourism.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within and outside the Emirate for client and partner meetings.
- Location: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah (no relocation support provided).
Work Schedule:
- Shift-based: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (with 1-hour break)
- 6-day work week with one fixed weekly off (either Saturday or Sunday)
