Job summary

IdeaCrate is seeking a Call Center Team Leader in Abu Dhabi to drive outbound sales for Parties, Memberships, and seasonal promotions. You will manage a dedicated outbound team, coach agents, and report on performance, ensuring revenue targets and high guest experience.

The role requires 5+ years in outbound call centers, leadership experience, and fluency in English and Arabic. Bachelor’s degree preferred; CRM and Excel skills are essential. This is an on-site position in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outbound call center experience with proven sales/conversion results.
• Background in Airlines/travel/hospitality is a plus.
• Experience in a Team Leader/supervisory role is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound calling and drive sales for Parties, Memberships, and promotions across brands.
• Coach, train, and manage the outbound call center team; monitor quality and provide feedback.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly performance reports; track KPIs.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Centre teams to align campaigns with promotions.
• Maintain scripts, call logs, and campaign outcomes for audit purposes.
