Job description

o Install and commission outboard boat engines on various marine vessels as per manufacturer specifications.

o Conduct engine performance checks and ensure proper calibration and setup.

2. Diagnostics & Repairs

o Perform fault diagnosis and repair on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems of outboard engines.

o Ensure timely completion of service jobs with high quality standards.

3. Spare Parts Expertise

o Accurately identify and manage spare parts for all major outboard engine brands.

o Coordinate with the internal team for inventory and parts procurement.

4. Warranty & Technical Support

o Process warranty claims and maintain service records.

o Provide after-sales support and customer service both on-site and remotely.

5. Customer Training & Support

o Guide customers and dealers on engine care, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

o Conduct technical training sessions as required.

6. Safety & Compliance

o Ensure all work meets safety and marine regulatory standards.

o Follow best practices in workshop and field environments.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Diploma or Degree in Marine/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience servicing any of the following outboard engines: Yamaha, Suzuki, Mercury, Tohatsu, or Honda.

· Strong technical knowledge of engine systems, diagnostics tools, and spare parts.

· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.

· UAE driving license preferred.

· Willing to travel for field service and dealer support across the UAE and GCC.
