Job Description
1. Sales & Business Development
o Promote and sell outboard boat engines to dealers, boat builders, government agencies, and end users.
o Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients within the marine industry.
2. Technical Consultation & Product Selection
o Assist customers in selecting suitable engine models based on boat specifications, load requirements, and operating conditions.
o Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations.
3. Quotation & Proposal Preparation
o Prepare detailed quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals.
o Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
4. Customer Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
o Follow up on leads, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide after-sales support when necessary.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
o Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
o Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product improvements, and market strategy.
6. Trade Shows & Field Visits
o Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and customer site visits.
o Support branding and marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Marine, or Electrical Engineering.
· 3–5 years of experience in marine/outboard engine sales or similar technical sales role.
· Strong technical knowledge of outboard engines, boat configurations, and fuel systems.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· UAE driving license is a must.
· Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
· Willing to travel within the GCC region.
