We are excited to announce a full-time position for an Otolaryngologist to join our dedicated medical team. In this role, the Otolaryngologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of disorders pertaining to the ear, nose, and throat. The successful candidate will exhibit strong surgical abilities and a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and manage patients with complex ENT disorders through comprehensive clinical assessments
  2. Develop and implement effective treatment plans and therapeutic strategies
  3. Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including but not limited to adenotonsillectomy, endoscopic sinus surgery, and other ENT surgeries
  4. Utilize advanced diagnostic technology to assist with patient diagnoses
  5. Engage in continuous patient education regarding their conditions and treatment options
  6. Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care
  7. Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records in accordance with regulations
  8. Contribute to departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and operational efficiency
Requirements
  1. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  2. Completion of a residency program in Otolaryngology
  3. Board certification in Otolaryngology is strongly preferred
  4. A valid and active medical license
  5. At least 3 years of experience in an Otolaryngology practice preferred
  6. Strong proficiency in performing various ENT surgical techniques
  7. Excellent patient management and communication skills
  8. A commitment to collaborative teamwork and patient-centered care
  9. Dedication to ongoing education and professional development in the field
  10. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus
