Job summary

PulseHire HR Middle East is seeking a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon for the UAE to lead orthopedic outpatient, trauma and elective surgical services within a renowned, internationally accredited facility. The role is aimed at internationally trained clinicians seeking career advancement in a modern, quality-driven environment serving a diverse international patient population.

Qualifications

Recognised international certifications as listed by the employer (ABOS, UK CCT/FRCS, European Board or Arab Board).
MS/DNB/FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification.
International training and UAE licensing eligibility are required.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal injuries and orthopedic conditions.
Perform arthroscopy, arthroplasty and trauma procedures as per subspecialty scope.
Evaluate surgical candidates, obtain informed consent and guide perioperative care.
Collaborate with radiology, anaesthesia, physiotherapy, sports medicine and rehabilitation teams.
Provide outpatient follow-up, functional recovery plans and complication management.
Participate in surgical audit, theatre safety, infection prevention and governance.
