• Recognised international certifications as listed by the employer (ABOS, UK CCT/FRCS, European Board or Arab Board).
• MS/DNB/FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification.
• International training and UAE licensing eligibility are required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal injuries and orthopedic conditions.
• Perform arthroscopy, arthroplasty and trauma procedures as per subspecialty scope.
• Evaluate surgical candidates, obtain informed consent and guide perioperative care.
• Collaborate with radiology, anaesthesia, physiotherapy, sports medicine and rehabilitation teams.
• Provide outpatient follow-up, functional recovery plans and complication management.
• Participate in surgical audit, theatre safety, infection prevention and governance.

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its orthopedic outpatient, trauma and elective surgical services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join its growing clinical team. Role Overview

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal injuries, degenerative disease, fractures and orthopedic conditions
• Perform orthopedic procedures according to subspecialty scope such as arthroscopy, arthroplasty, trauma fixation or hand/foot procedures
• Evaluate surgical candidates, obtain informed consent and guide perioperative care
• Collaborate with radiology, anaesthesia, physiotherapy, sports medicine and rehabilitation teams
• Provide outpatient follow-up, functional recovery plans and complication management
• Participate in surgical audit, theatre safety, infection prevention and clinical governance
