Job summary

TalentSpoc seeks a Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon in the UAE to diagnose and surgically manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and dedication to patient outcomes.

You will perform elective and emergency procedures, manage fractures and trauma, and collaborate with radiologists and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MS/DNB/MD or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Orthopaedics.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
• Strong experience in general orthopaedic surgery and trauma management.
• Experience in arthroscopy or minimally invasive orthopaedic procedures is an advantage.
• Excellent surgical skills, clinical judgment, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of orthopaedic conditions.
• Perform elective and emergency orthopaedic surgical procedures.
• Manage fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal trauma.
• Perform appropriate arthroscopic and minimally invasive procedures.
• Manage conditions affecting the spine, joints, bones, muscles, and ligaments.
• Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized surgical plans.
• Provide postoperative care and monitor patient recovery.
• Coordinate rehabilitation and follow-up care with physiotherapists and other specialists.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physiatrists, pain specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Counsel patients regarding treatment options, surgical procedures, risks, and recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical and surgical documentation.
