An Orthodontist is a specialized dental professional focused on diagnosing, preventing, and treating dental and facial irregularities. This role requires expertise in creating treatment plans to align teeth and jaws to achieve optimal function and aesthetics. An Orthodontist works closely with patients of all ages, addressing conditions such as crowded teeth, overbites, underbites, and incorrect jaw alignment. Responsibilities

• Diagnose dental conditions and recommend appropriate orthodontic treatment plans.
• Create customized dental appliances, such as braces, aligners, and retainers, for patients.
• Monitor and adjust orthodontic appliances for patients throughout the treatment duration.
• Evaluate dental impressions, photographs, and X-rays to determine patient needs.
• Educate patients and guardians on oral hygiene practices and appliance maintenance.
• Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain detailed patient records including treatment plans and progress notes.
