Orthodontist

We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Orthodontist to join our dental practice in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing, preventing, and correcting misaligned teeth and jaws, delivering high-quality care and customized orthodontic treatments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Examine patients to assess dental development and identify orthodontic needs
2. Develop personalized treatment plans using braces, clear aligners (e.g., Invisalign), retainers, and other appliances
3. Take and interpret X-rays, photographs, and dental impressions to guide treatment decisions
4. Monitor patient progress through regular appointments and make necessary adjustments
5. Educate patients and guardians on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
6. Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists as needed for comprehensive care
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards
8. Stay informed about advances in orthodontic techniques, tools, and digital technology
9. Comply with infection control, health, and safety protocols as per UAE regulations
10. Contribute to the clinic's reputation for excellence in patient satisfaction and results

Requirements

1. Degree in Dentistry with a recognized specialization in Orthodontics
2. Valid license or eligibility to practice as an Orthodontist in the UAE
3. Minimum 3-5 years of clinical orthodontic experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC region
4. Proficiency in modern orthodontic systems, including fixed appliances and aligners
5. Strong diagnostic, planning, and communication skills
6. Compassionate approach with excellent chairside manner
7. Ability to manage a diverse patient base, including children, teens, and adults
8. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
