Organizational Development Senior Specialist

ROLE SUMMARY

The Organizational Development Senior Specialist will own designing efficient structures that align with Majid Al Futtaim strategic goals based on the analysis & organizational assessments done by the Organizational Development Senior Manager. This role involves attending Job Analysis (JA) sessions, formulating job descriptions (JDs), modifying organizational charts, following up on project statuses and supporting Competency-Based Interviews (CBI) for assessment projects.

ROLE PROFILE

• Participate in Job Analysis sessions with Organizational Development Managers and Senior Manager to gather detailed information about job roles and responsibilities.
• Develop and update job descriptions to reflect current business needs and job requirements.
• Create and modify organizational structures using Vizio Software.
• Conduct entry levels Competency-Based Interviews (CBIs) for assessment projects.
• Take the lead in arranging the assessment schedules, follow-up with the internal & external stakeholders on any assessment related issues.
• Develop CBI reports for assessed entry level candidates.
• Follow up on all operations of Organizational Development projects to ensure they are on track.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and address any issues or delays in projects’ timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of supporting OD operations and modifying organizational designs.
• Experience in talent acquisition and conducting Competency Based Interviews.
• Microsoft Visio knowledge.
• Excellent communications and Problem-Solving skills.
