We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Development Section Head to join our team and play a crucial role in our company's growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth and success
  • Identify and analyze organizational issues and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Lead and manage the organizational development team to ensure the successful execution of strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to align organizational goals with the company's objectives
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices and industry trends
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development programs and initiatives
  • Provide coaching and training to managers and employees on leadership, performance management, and organizational development
  • Facilitate employee engagement and change management initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external consultants and vendors to enhance organizational development efforts
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management on organizational development progress and outcomes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of organizational development theories, methods, and practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing organizational development strategies and initiatives
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software
  • Professional certification in Organizational Development or related field is a plus
