A leading company in logistics and supply chain is seeking an HR Analytics Intern to assist with workforce data analysis and performance reporting. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the VP of Organization Effectiveness and contribute to strategic HR initiatives. Ideal candidates will be pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or Data Analytics, and possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in research and analysis of workforce data and organizational metrics
* Support the VP Organization Effectiveness with preparing presentations, dashboards, and performance reports
* Help with governance-related documentation and process improvement
* Collect and clean data for performance and productivity assessments
* Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing manpower planning
* Collaborate with HR and strategy teams on special projects
Job Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor s degree (or final-year student) in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields
Experience:
* Previous internship or academic project in HR analytics or performance analysis is a plus
Skills:
* Proficient in Excel; Power BI or similar tools is a bonus
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
