The Order Processing Assistant is responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are processed and sent within the given timeframe. This includes understanding sales and managing relationships with assigned customers, areas, and product range.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries (emails, phone, and fax) using best practice guidelines, approved scripts, and process guidelines.
Monitor the general order receiving email ID and ensure 100% of orders are processed in the ERP system before the cutoff time.
Perform daily checks for duplicate, missing orders, and item changes.
Ensure close coordination with Sales, Warehouse, Distribution, and Finance for 100% delivery.
Responsible for daily closing procedures including reconciliation of processed orders vs. orders received in email/phone/fax.
Track pending orders daily and coordinate with the distribution team to ensure delivery.
Investigate and resolve customer queries. Escalate issues as required and report to the Team Supervisor.
Take ownership of queries and work proactively to resolve them.
Work within agreed service levels striving to exceed customer expectations.
Be flexible to work as a reliever for coworkers in both Dubai and Sharjah regions, including any assigned shifts as per operational requirements.
Employees (Female) who have completed a minimum of 2-3 years of service in Order Processing / Data Entry / Customer Service.
