Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the post-operative care of patients, providing guidance on recovery and management of discomfort.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and the details of their treatment plans.
• Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to ensure integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all surgical procedures and patient interactions.
• Stay current with industry advancements and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Board certification in Oral Surgery preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or surgical practice.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with a patient-centered focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
