Job summary

Uniqus Consultech Inc. in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Associate Director – Oracle Transformation & Project Management to lead Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programs across the UAE.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage multi-module Oracle Financials Cloud projects, and ensure smooth migration from legacy systems. You will engage with C-level sponsors, coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Technology, and Operations, and mentor consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS/IT/Engineering/Business/Finance)
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Oracle Cloud certifications highly desirable
• 10+ years of consulting/ERP transformation or enterprise project management experience
• Experience with GCC/Middle East region and multi-vendor programs

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and transformation engagements
• Manage Oracle Financials Cloud and related modules (Procurement, SCM, HCM, EPM)
• Drive project planning, execution, testing, deployment and stabilization
• Ensure migration from legacy ERP to Oracle Cloud
• Lead multiple client engagements with governance, risk and reporting frameworks
• Engage with C-level executives and transformation sponsors for advisory
• Coordinate stakeholder management across Finance, Technology, Operations and Procurement
• Contribute to business development and solution delivery within Oracle practice
• Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices across engagements
