Job summary

Naffco in Dubai is seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12 SCM and Manufacturing to lead requirement gathering, design, implementation, and optimization across global environments.

You will configure Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, WIP, ASCP, and related modules, perform fit-gap analyses, map processes, conduct testing, UAT, and train users, while coordinating with stakeholders and project teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS SCM/Manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle EBS implementation projects.
• Experience in manufacturing rollouts, plant implementations, and ERP transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to global and multi-organization supply chain environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM is an advantage.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
