A leading technology consulting firm is seeking an Oracle Supply Chain Planning Consultant to lead consulting projects and configure Oracle Cloud solutions. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience with Oracle Supply Chain Planning applications. This position is based in the United Arab Emirates or Saudi Arabia, requiring strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to travel.

Overview

Accelalpha, an IBM Company, is recruiting for the Oracle Supply Chain Planning Consultant role. Accelalpha is an IBM subsidiary and will be the hiring entity.

We are a trusted leader in implementing, integrating, and managing Oracle Cloud Applications. As part of IBM, we leverage combined strengths to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and lead all phases of the consulting lifecycle as part of a project team, including requirement analysis, business process documentation, and solution design.
  • Configure and deploy Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud solutions; guide project teams to meet deliverables and processes.
  • Contribute to proposal development and demonstrate applications to potential customers; help build Supply Chain capabilities and offerings.
  • Act as a customer-facing consultant, communicating with stakeholders and managing project expectations.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of functional experience delivering Oracle Supply Chain Planning applications.
  • Experience in multiple full Oracle Cloud implementations; strong in Demand Management and Supply Planning.
  • Experience leading work streams and small teams; on-shore and off-shore coordination.
  • Strong skills in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design, Configuration Documentation, Troubleshooting, and Integration Architecture.
  • Experience with interface design, development, and testing with technical teams.
  • Ability to travel to client sites; strong client-facing communication.
  • Understanding of Application Implementation methodologies.
  • Functional skills in : Supply Planning; Demand Management (including replenishment planning); preferred : S&OP, Manufacturing Scheduling, Backorder Management.
  • Additional skills in Manufacturing (Process / Discrete), Maintenance, Order Management, Quality Management, Product Data Hub, Inventory Management, Cost Management are a plus.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Strong domain knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes.
  • Oracle Cloud Implementation Certification(s) and experience integrating Oracle Cloud with other systems.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Planning interactions with other functions (S&CM, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools in Supply Chain Planning.
  • Experience in pre-sales activities : proposals, proof of concepts, and configuring sandbox environments for demonstrations.
