Company Description

Airmaster Equipments Emirates L.L.C, a family-owned business established in 1987, is based in the United Arab Emirates. The company specializes in manufacturing products for the HVAC industry, including grilles, registers, louvers, diffusers, VCDs, fire dampers, flexible ducts, sound attenuators, fire doors, and packaging products. Special products include decorative grilles, architectural louvers, and adhesive tapes. We have a new manufacturing unit for XLPE roofing sheets/insulation, non-coated fire-rated ducting, and HVAC ducting.

We are transitioning to Oracle NetSuite soon and we are actively looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Oracle NetSuite Consultant & IT Support Specialist to lead our company’s transition from the existing ERP to Oracle NetSuite. This person will act as the in-house NetSuite master trainer and administrator, supporting all departments in day-to-day ERP usage, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth adoption of the new system.

In addition, the role will cover general IT support including managing computers, printers, AMC contracts, and basic troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
ERP (Oracle NetSuite)
  • Lead and support the transition to Oracle NetSuite ERP across all departments (Production, Inventory, Stores, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics, Sales, etc.).
  • Configure, maintain, and administer Oracle NetSuite modules.
  • Act as the “go-to” NetSuite expert for user support, issue resolution, and training.
  • Create training materials and conduct workshops for staff.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth ERP adoption and proper use of functionalities.
  • Assist with data migration, testing, and reporting during the transition.
  • Provide ongoing system monitoring and optimization.
  • Set KPIs for each department, support users to create customized report, track usage etc.
IT Support
  • Manage and coordinate AMC contracts for IT hardware, software, and services.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues.
  • Support employees with day-to-day IT queries (Excel, PowerPoint, email configuration, antivirus, etc.).
  • Oversee IT-related subscriptions (antivirus, email, software licenses).
  • Ensure timely maintenance and smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure network security.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or Accounting.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite (functional or admin roles).
  • NetSuite certifications preferred (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant).
  • Strong knowledge of business processes (finance, inventory, sales, purchasing).
  • Basic IT troubleshooting skills (hardware/software/printers).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to train and guide staff at all levels.
  • Good communication and coordination across multiple departments.
  • Organized and proactive in handling IT and ERP responsibilities.

Additional Skills Preferred: Those who have content creation skills, photography skills, Adobe Photoshop or InDesign skills, social media management skills will be an added bonus.
