Job description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.

Job Summary

To provide production support for Oracle Fusion HCM Clouse application, PaaS and SaaS components and to cater feasible functionality enhancement to these modules.

Main Accountabilities

  • Support Oracle Fusion HRMS on all Technical configuration, resolving issues, correction, and updates.
  • Release upgrades and maintenance patch activities in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Manage the out-of-the-box integration and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM and PaaS.
  • Manage Cloud services as an Administrator for HCM Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain MIS report using BI and OTBI reports.
  • Configure and maintain the role-based access security using security consoles.
  • Support monthly payroll activities.
  • Ensure quality in all enhancement deliverables and day-to-day support activities in HR.
  • Liaison with Oracle HRMS implementation partners for any feasibility study, pending deliveries bug fixing and transitions.
  • Responsible for liaising with Oracle support via support site and conference calls for any product bugs and enhancements.
  • Set-up maintenance of transaction approval and audit mechanism.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Fusion HCM and Oracle products.
  • Exposure to systems, processes and controls related to Branch and Central operations.

  • Ability to deliver in demanding situations with deadline.

Well versed with Fast Formula, Page Customizations using Sand Box, and Security Setups using Roles, Privileges, Security Profiles and Area of Responsibilities.
