Job summary

Celersoft seeks a seasoned Oracle GRC professional with deep hands-on expertise in Risk Management Cloud. You will lead implementation, configuration, and support of AACG, AFC, and FRC within Oracle Fusion ERP.

Role focuses on SoD, access controls, risk libraries, risk assessments, audits liaison, and mentoring juniors, with strong client-facing communication and Big 4 background preferred.

Qualifications

• Oracle GRC certification mandatory.
• 10–12 years in Oracle GRC deployments.
• Strong SoD and access controls knowledge.

• 2–3 full-cycle Oracle GRC implementations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) professional with deep, hands-on expertise in Oracle Risk Management Cloud. The candidate must hold a valid Oracle GRC / Risk Management certification and bring strong functional command of access controls, segregation of duties (SoD), and financial/operational risk frameworks within an Oracle ERP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Risk Management Cloud / Oracle Advanced Access Controls (AACG), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC), and Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC)
• Design and configure Segregation of Duties (SoD) rule sets, access certifications, and risk libraries aligned to client business processes
• Conduct risk assessments, control testing, and remediation planning across financial and operational processes
• Partner with internal audit, finance, and IT security teams to embed GRC controls into Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM environments
• Manage user access reviews, role design, and provisioning workflows in line with SoD and least-privilege principles
• Support statutory and internal audit requirements by ensuring compliance with SOX, IFRS, and other regulatory frameworks
• Drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, UAT, training, and go-live support for GRC modules
• Prepare risk and controls documentation, dashboards, and management reporting
• Liaise with client stakeholders, auditors, and cross-functional teams to manage risk remediation and continuous monitoring
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to GRC practice development

Required Qualifications

• Oracle Risk Management Cloud / Oracle GRC certification mandatory, non-negotiable
• 10-12 years of overall experience, with substantial hands-on experience in Oracle GRC / Risk Management Cloud implementations
• Strong understanding of SoD, access controls, internal controls, and financial risk management
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP/Cloud environments (Financials, Procurement, or related modules)
• Proven track record in at least 2-3 full-cycle Oracle GRC implementations or major rollouts
• Knowledge of regulatory/compliance frameworks such as SOX, IFRS, or local statutory requirements
• Strong stakeholder management, audit liaison, and client-facing communication skills
• Prior experience with Big 4, consulting firms, or large enterprise risk/compliance functions preferred

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules beyond GRC (Financials, SCM)
• Experience in GCC/Middle East regulatory environment
• Familiarity with data privacy and cybersecurity risk frameworks
