Job summary

Technologies / Enterprise Systems seeks an experienced SCM Lead to own the Oracle Fusion SCM solution across Order Management, Inventory, Cost Management, Pricing, Planning and PIM for a major UAE deployment.

You will drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analyses and designs, ensuring alignment with procurement, WMS and finance processes while maintaining OOTB scope and formal change control.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM with multiple full life-cycle implementations.

Job Description

Own the end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM solution across Order Management, Inventory, Cost Management, Advanced Pricing,Supply & Demand Planning and Product Information Management (PIM), in partnership with Client X's supply-chain leadership,with the target solution baselined during the Discovery & Blueprint phase.

Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis and solution design for the SCM workstream — aligning order-to-cash andinventory/cost flows to Client X's operating model and integrating cleanly with Procurement, WMS, Finance (Cost Accounting toSLA/GL) and Manufacturing where in scope.

Own the SCM configuration workbooks (BR100), key design decisions and process-flow validation, using Infosys accelerators to

speed up design and build; keep SCM within the agreed out-of-the-box scope and route anything beyond OOTB through formalchange control.

Define and agree SCM scope boundaries — in-scope modules and flows, data conversions, and the 13 SCM integrations in scope;

historical/closed transactions and legacy data extraction out of scope — and elevate any exceptions to the programme.

Your role

The SCM Solution Lead holds solution accountability for the Oracle Fusion SCM workstream — design, build, test, cutover and

go-live — within a phased, dual-track Oracle Cloud transformation spanning HCM, Finance, PPM, SCM, WMS, Reporting, AI,

Integration and Data Migration. Reporting to the Phase 2 Lead and based onsite, this role is the day-to-day face of the SCM

workstream to Client X's supply-chain stakeholders and the first point of escalation for SCM design and delivery decisions,

delivering the Phase 2 go-live (SCM, WMS, Procurement, AI, Reporting) at Month 18 (November 2027). The role manages the

Phase 2 discovery cadence — global discovery from Month 1, with detailed requirement validation resuming from Month 7 per

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted SCM advisor to client supply-chain stakeholders, owning end-to-end design across Order
• Management, Inventory, Cost Management, Advanced Pricing, Supply & Demand Planning and PIM, and translating
• business requirements into a standard, Oracle-led Fusion solution.
• Lead the onsite/offshore SCM team across the seven-stage lifecycle — Discovery & Blueprint, detailed design,
• configuration and build, CRP, testing, cutover and post go-live support — coordinating with the Procurement, WMS,
• Integration, Data Migration and Testing leads under the Phase 2 Lead and PMO governance.
• Own and govern SCM configuration and BR100 sign-offs, item/on-hand/open-order/pricing/cost conversion mapping
• and reconciliation, and the SCM integrations to Procurement, WMS, Finance and boundary applications — ensuring
• accurate, reconciled data across every conversion cycle from first mock run through production cutover.
• Drive SCM SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, business validation and sign-off in coordination with the
• Testing track.
• Ensure SCM go-live readiness — configuration, data migration, integrations, security validation and user readiness —
• Support cutover execution for SCM — runbook tasks, dependencies and Go/No-Go inputs — and lead SCM stabilization
• and issue resolution during post go-live support.
• Act as the primary SCM client-facing lead — governance, decision facilitation, risk and issue management, and
• stakeholder engagement — building trusted relationships with client supply-chain leadership to ensure successful
• delivery of the SCM workstream within the wider transformation.

Required

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud / ERP Supply Chain Management, including at least 3–4 full life-cycle Oracle
• Fusion SCM implementations.
• Deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Order Management, Inventory, Cost Management, Advanced Pricing,
• Supply & Demand Planning and Product Information Management (PIM); Global Order Promising and Manufacturing
• exposure is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of SCM integration points with Procurement, WMS, Finance (Cost Accounting and Subledger
• Accounting) and the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay flows.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle configuration and delivery — BR100, CRP/SIT/UAT — and SCM data conversion (items,
• on-hand balances, open orders, pricing and cost) using FBDI/OTBI and related tools.
• Proven experience leading a functional workstream onsite within large, multi-track ERP programmes.
• Familiarity with OOTB-first delivery and change control, cutover planning, business-readiness and

• Relevant Bachelor's / Master's degree.
• Prior experience delivering Oracle Cloud transformation programmes in telecom or large enterprise environments inthe UAE/GCC region.
• Familiarity with SI delivery frameworks, accelerators and tools.
• Exposure to distribution, warehousing and manufacturing operating models.
