Job summary

Ohana Development is seeking an Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Specialist to own and govern the Fusion Cloud platform across Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM, and Project Controls. You will translate business needs into practical Oracle solutions, maintaining governance and platform sustainability.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of ERP functional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full Oracle Fusion implementation or major transformation programme.
• Strong experience in at least two Oracle Fusion functional areas: Financials, Procurement/SCM, or HCM.
• Experience working with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional project teams.
• Experience supporting multi-entity organizations with approval workflows, cost centres, projects, and shared services.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional representative between business stakeholders, ICT, and the Oracle implementation partner.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, design sessions, and solution reviews across all business functions.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements, process flows, approval workflows, and functional specifications.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and address requirements via configuration, process improvements, reporting, or approved change requests.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Review and validate Oracle Fusion configuration across Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM, and Project Management modules.
• Ensure data Masters support OHANA's operating model and governance.
• Maintain configuration documentation, decision logs, and change records.
• Coordinate with ICT and Cybersecurity on roles, security profiles, and SoD.
