A leading company in the region is seeking an Oracle Fusion Project Manager to drive finance transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance and project management, particularly with Oracle Fusion and Agile methodologies. Qualifications

  • 12+ years of strong finance experience with minimum 3+ Fusion Finance / Projects Transformations.
  • PMP Certified with 6+ years of project management experience.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance and extensive working experience with AIM and OUM methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Fusion finance projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance and management of project deliverables.
  • Translate business requirements into configurations, assess scope, and lead workshops on target state design.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance financial management efficiency.

Job description

Job Title : Oracle Fusion Project Manager

Job Location : Abu Dhabi

  • Certified CA / MBA Finance with 12+ years of strong Finance Experience
  • Minimum 3+ Fusion Finance / Projects Transformations
  • Last Project should be worked from Big IT consulting.
  • PMP Certified and having 6+ years of PM Experience with strong focus on AGILE methodology.
  • Assertive leadership skills coupled with Proactive management style, capable of taking strong decisions that can help transform business.
  • Oracle Fusion Finance / Projects SME providing best practice on FINANCE business processes and Oracle Finance cloud functional expertise on General Ledger, AGIS, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Fusion Expenses, Projects and Fusion Tax, customization, and approval configurations.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into optimal system configuration of Oracle module. Assess scope, undertake fit-gap analysis and impact analysis, and size and design solutions. Lead the workshop on Target state with business and achieve sign off, before starting development and SIT.
  • Oracle PAAS expertise including integrations with other systems.
  • Extensive working experience with AIM and OUM methodology
  • Validate and sign off completion of project deliverables and milestones.
  • Drive appropriate continuous business improvement processes throughout the project duration ensuring lessons are learnt and adaptations put in place for maximum business benefit.
  • Deliver new capabilities that drive business results from initialization through project close.
  • Ensures relevant compliance across Financial and business domains are adhered too.
  • Ensure Data migration is managed stringently to ensure Oragnisation's business requirement are ensured this includes validation, accuracy of data in new platform.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance financial management efficiency.
  • Ensure post go live success metrics are identified and business users trained, and smooth transition is achieved
