Job summary

Forsyth Barnes are supporting a leading organisation in the UAE with the appointment of an Oracle Fusion Application Support & Product Analyst. This mid‑level role blends Oracle Fusion application support, vendor management and evolving product ownership.

The successful candidate will become the internal single point of contact for Oracle Fusion, supporting users day to day while taking ownership of requirements, enhancements and future developments.

Qualifications

Hands-on Oracle Fusion experience in a live enterprise environment.
Ability to gather requirements and translate to system changes.
Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary internal point of contact for Oracle Fusion.
Provide functional support to internal users across Oracle Fusion.
Manage and resolve tickets; escalate to vendors as needed.
Oversee Level 2 support with external vendors to resolution.
Gather, document and refine business requirements for improvements.
Support prioritisation of enhancements and future Oracle developments.
Work with vendors through design, testing and implementation.
Participate in UAT to ensure functionality meets needs.
Bridge internal stakeholders and Oracle partners.
Develop the Oracle Fusion roadmap and product ownership over time.
