Forsyth Barnes are supporting a leading organisation in the UAE with the appointment of an Oracle Fusion Application Support & Product Analyst.
This is a mid-level role combining Oracle Fusion application support, vendor management and junior product ownership. The successful candidate will become the internal single point of contact for Oracle Fusion, supporting users day to day while also taking ownership of requirements, enhancements and future developments.
This is not a traditional Level 1 support position. The expectation is that the successful candidate will have enough Oracle Fusion experience for day-to-day support to be relatively straightforward, allowing them to focus increasingly on platform ownership, vendor management and product development.
The three key non-negotiables are:
Strong practical experience working within Oracle Fusion and the ability to independently understand and investigate issues.
The successful candidate must be comfortable supporting internal users, managing expectations and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The role requires someone who actively monitors tickets, vendors, outstanding actions, system health and business requirements rather than operating reactively.
Suitable candidates are likely to come from backgrounds such as:
The strongest profile will combine hands‑on Oracle Fusion knowledge with strong user-facing skills and some exposure to product ownership or business analysis.
Candidates coming purely from Level 1 helpdesk environments are unlikely to have the depth required. Equally, this is not a senior strategic Product Manager position. The requirement sits between the two, with a clear opportunity to develop further into ERP product ownership and platform management.
