Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant to lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials modules. This role will involve driving solution architecture, conducting workshops, and supporting business development in the Middle East. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Oracle Financials implementations, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred, along with a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials implementations.
  • At least 5+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Strong understanding of multi-entity, multi-currency implementations.

Job description

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, etc.)
  • Drive solution architecture design sessions with clients to define future-state processes leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice Oracle ERP Cloud financial solutions
  • Conduct business process workshops and identify areas for transformation and automation
  • Define data migration, reporting, and integration strategies for Oracle ERP Cloud
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to functional consultants and client stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a high performing team

Client Engagement & Delivery

  • Lead or support large-scale implementations across multiple entities / countries in the Middle East
  • Ensure Oracle Cloud best practices and KPMG Powered methodology are followed
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses, prepare design documentation, and validate configurations with client teams
  • Support testing activities (SIT, UAT), training sessions, and hypercare phases

Business Development Support

Collaborate with pursuit teams to define solution strategy, estimate effort, and develop winning proposals

  • Conduct product demonstrations and workshops for clients and prospects
  • Assist in preparing responses to RFPs and support bid defense presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, CPA / CMA or Oracle certifications preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials implementations, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency implementations across sectors
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting needs, and localization requirements in the Middle East
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; Arabic speaker preferred
  • Willingness to travel across the Middle East as required
