Job summary

An established industry player is seeking an Oracle Fusion Finance Techno Functional Consultant to join their dynamic IT team. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Finance and HCM modules, complemented by a strong technical background. Qualifications

Oracle Fusion Finance Techno Functional Consultant

Oracle Fusion Finance Techno Functional Consultant

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Minimum Qualifications:

Finance Graduate with 10+ years of experience within a large complex multi-site organization. Oracle Certification will be a plus point.

Minimum Experience:

Techno Functional consultant with the following details:

  1. 10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Finance Module (Mandatory).
  2. 2 years in Oracle Cloud HCM Module (Considered a plus).
  3. Minimum of 5 implementations in the above modules and 2 support projects.
  4. The person should be 70% Technical Consultant & 30% Functional Consultant.
  5. Experience with PaaS/Custom development.
  6. Experience integrating with other systems (i.e., SAP Ariba, Salesforce CRM).
  7. Experience in the education sector for billing and collection processes will be a plus.

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:

  1. Experience in Oracle Technologies SaaS, PaaS, IaaS with offerings like Finance, Procurement, HCM, Oracle Applications.
  2. Good exposure to the Oracle Fusion finance module such as AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, IC, PRC, TAX, iExpense, and Budgets.
  3. Exposure in Oracle Cloud HRMS module such as Payroll, ORC, Core HR, Goal & Performance.
  4. Must have exposure in Page Customization using Sandbox and Application Composer.
  5. Good exposure on Oracle Support platform for raising SR and working till closure.
  6. Strong hands-on knowledge of REST, SOAP APIs, Adapters, Schema, XSD, XML schema (must).
  7. Must have strong hands-on knowledge of working on complex OIC integration with VBCS and PCS functionality.
  8. Approval workflow with BPM knowledge (must).
  9. Strong hands-on exposure in Data Migration with FBDI and ADFDI (must).
  10. Communication skills that can effectively relay technical concepts to all stakeholders from staff to executives.
  11. Ability to interact with C-level executives and convey concepts to ensure buy-in.
  12. Microsoft Visio, MS Project, other process re-engineering tools, and Office 365.
  13. Skilled in process analysis, re-engineering, and process automation.
