Job Description
Job Responsibilities
ERP Implementation Support: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Assist in the configuration and customization of ERP modules to align with the unique needs of manufacturing and asset maintenance processes.
Testing and Quality Assurance: * Participate in the testing phase of ERP implementation, ensuring that the software meets the specified requirements and is free of defects. * Contribute to the creation and execution of test plans and procedures.
User Training and Support: * Provide support and training to end-users during the ERP rollout. * Address and resolve user queries and issues related to the ERP system.
Documentation: * Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations made during the ERP implementation process. * Prepare user manuals and training materials for future reference.
Collaboration and Communication: * Work closely with senior software engineers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. * Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of ERP applications, with coursework or projects related to ERP systems being a plus.
Familiarity with manufacturing and asset maintenance processes is desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Skills
Programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, Oracle Fusion, IFS, SAP.
Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
