Job summary

Ohana Development is seeking an Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Specialist who will own the functional integrity of the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform. The role acts as the liaison across Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM, and Project Controls while ensuring governance and adoption of best practices.

You will translate business requirements into Oracle solutions, work with the implementation partner, and maintain end-to-end traceability from design through go-live.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years ERP functional experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full Oracle Fusion implementation or major transformation programme.
• Strong experience in at least two Oracle Fusion functional areas (Procurement & SCM, HCM).
• Experience working with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional project teams.
• Experience in real estate development, construction, engineering, or infrastructure industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional representative between business stakeholders, ICT, and the Oracle implementation partner.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, process design sessions, and solution reviews across all business functions.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements, process flows, approval workflows, and functional specifications.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and ensure requirements are addressed through configuration, process improvements, reporting, integrations, or approved change requests.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Review and validate Oracle Fusion configuration across Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM, and Project Management modules.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Provide Level 2 functional support and develop SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
