Job summary

FAB is seeking a senior Oracle Fusion HCM expert to govern and deliver scalable, secure HCM solutions across modules, integrations, analytics and automation. You will lead architectural governance, regulatory compliance, and post-production support, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure enterprise alignment and release readiness.

The role requires deep expertise in Fusion HCM, OCI/OIC, and integration patterns, with a strong SDLC background and proven leadership in complex enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and extensive IT experience.
• 8+ years in Oracle HCM; 12+ years IT experience overall.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, integrations and cloud admin.
• Solid SDLC understanding and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern, design and deliver Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across modules, integrations, reports and automation.
• Lead architecture governance, security, data privacy, and release management for Fusion HCM deployments.
• Provide end-to-end leadership from requirements to post-production support and patch validation.
• Oversee integrations using REST, SOAP, OCI, OIC and HDL, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Review and approve technical designs and design documentation for integrations and interfaces.
