Job summary

NMC GROUP SERVICES. is seeking a senior Oracle EPM specialist to lead the technical solution for FCCS and TRCS in Abu Dhabi. You will optimize consolidation rules, build data integration pipelines, and ensure secure access controls across EPM systems.

The role requires deep expertise in financial consolidation, intercompany accounting, and tax automation, with hands-on experience in Smart View, FRS, MR, and scripting for automation. Collaboration with finance, IT, and tax teams is essential.

Qualifications

Essential: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field.
8–10 years of experience in Oracle EPM (FCCS, TRCS, or HFM) with 5+ large-scale implementations.
Strong expertise in financial consolidation, intercompany accounting, and tax reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical solution of Oracle FCCS and TRCS ensuring best practices.
Develop and optimize ODR business rules and configurable consolidation rules.
Design and maintain data integration and pipelines between FCCS, TRCS, ERP and other reporting EPM systems.
Configure and manage user security in FCCS with proper access controls.
Support tax reporting, variance analysis, and regulatory reporting processes.
