Job summary

A leading consultancy firm is seeking a skilled Lead Oracle EPM consultant in Dubai to manage and implement Oracle EPM solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, ensuring client satisfaction across project lifecycles, and working with a team on innovative Oracle EPM Cloud Transformations. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Oracle EPM solutions and strong communication skills, with fluency in Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions, 4+ years in Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Extensive hands-on experience in EPM modules: EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, etc.
• Strong technical skills in scripting (Batch, VBScript, Python or PowerShell).

Job description

• Lead Oracle EPM (FCCS, ARCS, DM, ePBCS, EDMCS) solutions through full cycle - requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support
• Design and deliver Oracle EPM Cloud functional architecture strategy with leading practices throughout all phases of an EPM Cloud Transformation
• Expert in gathering business and functional requirements to set the direction of solution delivery aligned to business goals
• Apply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with the engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned Oracle EPM solutions
• Advise implementation team on best practices in planning and building planning applications for business rules, loading data to set up planning scenarios.
• Lead Testing and Training Programs during EPM Cloud Transformations
• Helps to establish critical path, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria.
• Provides leadership throughout the lifecycles of a project, guiding the understanding the project team has through design and development to ensure project requirements are met

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Lead workshops to gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analyses
• Manage delivery across all phases : design, build, testing, training, deployment, and post go-live
• Engage business and IT stakeholders to align EPM solutions with enterprise goals
• Ensure Oracle Cloud best practices and KPMG Powered methodology are followed
• Guide and support data integration with ERP systems and external data sources

Business Development Support

• Collaborate with pursuit teams to shape solutions, estimates, and proposals for Oracle EPM opportunities
• Participate in client demos, proof of concepts, and bid presentations
• Stay current on Oracle EPM roadmap and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, MIS, or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions with 4+ years in Oracle EPM Cloud
• Experience with the functional and operational aspects of Oracle EPM Cloud (SaaS) suite products : application design, development of various application artifacts such as forms and rules, testing, troubleshooting (working in conjunction with Oracle Support as needed), pre- and post-implementation activities
• Experience integrating EPM with other systems using Data Management, adaptors, etc.
• Extensive hands-on experience in at least two (and preferably more) of the following modules : EPBCS, PCMCS, FCCS, TRCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, Data Management, DRM
• Knowledge of EPM Automate; scripting a plus (Batch, VBScript, Python, and / or PowerShell)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Arabic speaker preferred, able to travel across the Middle East
