A leading company seeks an Oracle EPM Solution Architect to lead EPM solutions throughout full project lifecycles. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, guiding teams through specifications and implementations, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This challenging position requires proven experience in Oracle EPM solutions, effective communication skills, and the ability to travel across the Middle East.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions, with 4+ years in Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Experience with SaaS suite products: application design and development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, Arabic speaker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EPM solutions through full cycle: requirements, design, development.
• Manage delivery phases including design, build, testing, and training.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and fit-gap analyses.

• Lead Oracle EPM (FCCS, ARCS, DM, ePBCS, EDMCS) solutions through full cycle - requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support
• Design and deliver Oracle EPM Cloud functional architecture strategy with leading practices throughout all phases of an EPM Cloud Transformation
• Expert in gathering business and functional requirements to set the direction of solution delivery aligned to business goals
• Apply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with the engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned Oracle EPM solutions
• Advise implementation team on best practices in planning and building planning applications for business rules, loading data to set up planning scenarios.
• Lead Testing and Training Programs during EPM Cloud Transformations
• Helps to establish critical path, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria.
• Provides leadership throughout the lifecycles of a project, guiding the understanding the project team has through design and development to ensure project requirements are met

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Lead workshops to gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analyses
• Manage delivery across all phases : design, build, testing, training, deployment, and post go-live
• Engage business and IT stakeholders to align EPM solutions with enterprise goals
• Ensure Oracle Cloud best practices and KPMG Powered methodology are followed
• Guide and support data integration with ERP systems and external data sources

Business Development Support

• Collaborate with pursuit teams to shape solutions, estimates, and proposals for Oracle EPM opportunities
• Participate in client demos, proof of concepts, and bid presentations
• Stay current on Oracle EPM roadmap and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, MIS, or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions with 4+ years in Oracle EPM Cloud
• Experience with the functional and operational aspects of Oracle EPM Cloud (SaaS) suite products : application design, development of various application artifacts such as forms and rules, testing, troubleshooting (working in conjunction with Oracle Support as needed), pre- and post-implementation activities
• Experience integrating EPM with other systems using Data Management, adaptors, etc.
• Extensive hands-on experience in at least two (and preferably more) of the following modules :
• Knowledge of EPM Automate; scripting a plus (Batch, VBScript, Python, and / or PowerShell)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Arabic speaker preferred, able to travel across the Middle East
