Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a seasoned Oracle ERP/Cloud reporting and integration specialist to implement and support Oracle EBS and Fusion for a Middle East client. You will design RICEFW components, build BI Publisher reports, and leverage OIC for integrations.

You will also support ERP modules across SCM and Finance, using SQL/PL-SQL with strong ITIL-aligned service management practices, and participate in on-site/offshore delivery with runbooks and knowledge transfer.

• Experience implementing/supporting Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion in enterprise environments.
• Proficient in SQL/PL-SQL and Oracle database technologies.
• Experience designing and delivering RICEFW components.

Job description

• Implement and support Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion for an enterprise Middle East client, covering integrations, conversions, reporting, and production support.
• Design and develop RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflow) for implementation projects.
• Develop Oracle BI Publisher / XML Publisher reports; work hands-on with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Support Oracle ERP modules including SCM (Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management) and Finance (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets).
• Utilize strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database technologies.
• Develop Fusion HCM and ERP reports including BI Publisher data models, RTF and Excel templates, bursting configurations, and OTBI.
• Understand Oracle Fusion application architecture, integrations, and reporting frameworks.
• Support both implementation and production support projects under managed services delivery requirements.
• Lead roles in Managed Services (AMS) engagements covering Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion.
• Provide steady-state AMS support experience under contracted SLAs; excluding only post-go-live hypercare or warranty support alone.
• Operate in onsite-offshore delivery model, including team leadership.
• Involvement in support transition, handover, and knowledge transfer including runbook and known-error documentation.
• Daily use of ticketing / ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management) with priority-based ticket resolution following SLA targets.
• Ownership of Incident and Problem Management including root-cause analysis of recurring issues.
• Coordinate directly with end users for ticket investigation, testing, and closure.
• Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) on My Oracle Support including severity management and escalation.
• Apply good working knowledge of ITIL-aligned support processes.
• Work within Fusion SaaS platform constraints: delivery via BIP data models, OTBI, FBDI/HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, ESS jobs, and OIC.
• Follow EBS conversion discipline including open interface tables and standard APIs, concurrent programs, value sets, DFF/KFF, multi-org (MOAC), and EBS 12.2 online patching / editioned objects awareness.
• Perform OIC operational activities: connections, lookups, fault policies, error handling, monitoring, and resubmission of failed integrations.
• Conduct SQL performance tuning including explain plans, indexing, and set-based processing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., OIC, Fusion reporting).
• Exposure to VBCS or other Oracle PaaS extension tooling.
• Experience naming and describing ticketing / ITSM tools used with roles in queue management and SLA target handling.
• Experience describing support transition, handover, or knowledge transfer participation.
• Explicit Oracle Service Request (SR) handling experience.
• Project-level evidence of experience in Oracle ERP modules implemented.
