Job summary

AceNet seeks an experienced Oracle Finance Consultant to deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP and EBS implementations across Finance functions in Abu Dhabi. You will provide functional and technical support, drive process improvements, and coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 8–11 years of experience in Oracle Finance with GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, iExpenses, and Tax across Fusion and EBS.
• Minimum of 5 end-to-end Oracle Finance implementations.
• Deep understanding of financial and operational business processes and their mapping to Oracle Finance solutions.
• Experience implementing and supporting long-term and complex Oracle Finance projects, including integrations with other business applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP Finance solutions (planning, design, configuration, testing, migration, deployment).
• Analyze requirements and recommend Oracle standard functionality to minimize customizations.
• Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Finance and coordinate with IT teams for issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Oracle Finance, reporting, and performance.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to provide business application implementation, ongoing support, and continuous improvement across Finance functions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Finance modules, financial business processes, integrations, and end-to-end implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP Finance solutions, including project planning, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, CRP, UAT, training, migration, and deployment.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend Oracle standard functionality and best practices to ensure solutions effectively meet business needs while minimizing unnecessary customizations.
• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Finance applications, troubleshoot application issues and defects, and coordinate with IT Helpdesk, DBA, Oracle Support, and other technical teams for timely resolution.
• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Oracle Finance applications, business processes, reporting, and application performance to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Conduct functional and technical requirement gathering, prepare design specifications, configure applications, support enhancements, and deliver reports and modifications based on business requirements.
• Manage CRP, UAT, testing, training, data migration, and deployment activities for new implementations and process enhancements.
• Ensure application change management processes, including development, testing, and deployment, are executed in accordance with organizational and Group IT policies.
• Ensure information confidentiality and compliance with company policies throughout application implementation, support, development, and deployment activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Finance and other business applications across on-premise and cloud environments.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 8–11 years of experience in Oracle Finance with strong expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, iExpenses, and Tax across Oracle Fusion and EBS.
• Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Finance.
