Responsible for dispensing best-in-class optical / vision consultation at the location and working in coordination with the store manager and sales team to achieve consistently high levels of customer service and store targets.

Job Description

1. Performing eye testing and prescription writing
2. Dispensing and selling optical frames, contact lenses, and sunglasses
3. Checking optical frames and contact lenses for accuracy and comfort
4. Advising customers on eyewear options, optical lenses, and contact lenses
5. Achieving sales targets related to optical frames, sunglasses, contact lenses, and accessories
6. Supporting sales staff in their daily transactions
7. Managing in-shop inventory and ordering stock
8. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
9. Liaising with sales representatives from eye care product suppliers

Profile

• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in a retail optical store environment
• Good knowledge of lenses and other eyewear products
• Well-versed with vision disorders
• Awareness of the latest equipment and techniques for vision correction
