Description
As an Ops Business Analyst, you will gain 360-degree exposure to all areas of transportation at a pan-country level, owning the end-to-end process improvement for Network Losses. You will work with various cross-functional teams such as operations, continuous improvement, security, finance, and legal to build visibility on loss themes, set up mitigation plans, and follow through on execution. You will define and implement tailored action plans to enhance your network's performance and monitor success metrics daily.

As an Ops Business Analyst, you will have autonomy in shaping the role and benchmarking processes across global Amazon geographies. You will solve complex problems by analyzing data, auditing sites, and deep diving into process gaps.
A day in the life
RoW Network Losses is part of RoW programs, focusing on reducing losses due to operational defects across the Rest of World marketplaces. Our discipline centers on defect reduction, with an emphasis on abuse mitigation.
About the team
Process - We learn all fulfillment and reimbursement processes to identify root causes and propose solutions.
Logic - We develop logics to detect root causes before or as they occur.
Data - We rely on data to create deterministic signals and inform decisions.
